Tina Johnston serves as Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company and oversees over 100 employees. In this role, Tina has helped establish Encore as one of the fastest growing dental practices in Ocean County. Tina brings more than 20 years of business management experience to Encore Dental. Tina received her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Kean University with a minor in Humanities. Tina graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Phi Beta Lambda. 

During her spare time, Tina volunteers for the Deaf community as a sign language interpreter and fosters and rescues animals.
